On this short 1.5 KM downtown guided walk, you'll be visiting four local restaurants and tasting four carefully handpicked dishes, each paired with an alcoholic beverage while listening to Jasper's top tales along the way. What's on the menu? Not telling. It's all part of the adventure.
$115 + tx per person. Price include food and drinks and tips for the restaurants. Gratuity is appreciated for the guide at your discretion.

Departing at 9:30 AM Daily, the Maligne Canyon Icewalk is one of Jasper’s most popular and impressive winter adventures. Your Sundog tour guide will pick you up from your hotel at 9 AM and take you to the bottom of the Maligne Canyon – the deepest accessible canyon in Jasper National Park – where you will explore frozen waterfalls, ice caves, and incredible ice formations. You will learn about Jasper’s Maligne Valley, Karst topography, and the mystery of the “disappearing” Medicine Lake.
The Maligne Canyon Icewalk Tour is a great option prior to the Downtown Foodie Tour. The Icewalk Tour covers approximately 3.5 kms (2.1 miles) and is mostly downhill, so you will get your exercise in the morning, then indulge in some food and drinks in the afternoon! Participants are required to dress appropriately for the weather. Pick-ups and drop-offs available from all Jasper accommodations. Please indicate your shoe size when booking as warm boots ice cleats will be provided.
Spend the morning with one of Sundog Tour's knowledgeable guides viewing some of Jasper National Park's most iconic creatures, then listen to the stories and history of an authentic mountain town over food and drinks on the Downtown Foodie Tour in the afternoon. It's everything you want in Jasper in one tasty package.
Departing at 9 AM, your Sundog Tour guide will pick you up from your hotel to begin your wildlife search. Their knowledgeable guides are trained to seek out all of the park’s most iconic creatures, big or small! Elk, deer, sheep, goats, coyotes, wolves, and moose are just a sample of Jasper’s wild mountain fauna. As you travel through the Athabasca Valley they will show you some of the park’s most beautiful scenery, so have your camera ready!
In the afternoon, make your way to the Jasper Visitor Information Center for your Downtown Foodie Tour, where you will be discovering Jasper through its culinary offerings. The tour includes four plates and four drinks, and you will leave full in body and in mind, with memories and cravings fore a lifetime.
Build up an appetite at Jasper’s Top Attraction the Jasper Skytram, then head down to town for Jasper’s best local food and drinks on the Downtown Foodie Tour.

Peak Nic is a 3.8 KM intermediate hike up a stunning peak followed by a hands-on back-country cooking lesson, where you will learn to prepare your own gourmet meal in the outdoors using efficient and environmentally friendly outdoors cooking methods. The best part? You get to eat an amazing meal while enjoying panoramic views.
Must be 12 years old to participate. Kids must be accompanied by a parent.
